The reality is that cost keeps 1 in 3 Canadian kids out of organized sport. KidSport provides grants to help cover those costs to ensure that no kid is ever left watching from the sidelines.

Hockey Alberta Player Assistance Grant
Financial support to current or new players looking to play the game of hockey who may not otherwise have the opportunity to do so because of financial hardship. The purpose of the grant program is to retain and increase the number of young hockey players in Alberta.

Local groups within our community are extremely supportive in making sure every child in Nanton is financially able to get on the ice.
